Carl Bard’s quote is a favorite of mine because it epitomizes my philosophy on life and the reason I founded Positive Life Decisions. Prior to becoming a life coach, I spent 30 years in the business world, with much of that experience in the pharmaceutical industry as a successful sales representative. I enjoyed accepting the challenges of launching a new product or meeting a sales quota, as well as mentoring others so they could succeed. As I considered how I wanted to make a brand new ending for my life, I drew upon my education, business experience and earned wisdom. The end result is Positive Life Decisions which allows me to help those at mid-life and beyond make the rest of their life the best of their life.
As a certified life coach, I help those at mid-life and baby boomers discover who they are as they rekindle dreams, discover passions and design a plan to move toward the life they truly want to live. I offer one-on-one coaching, group coaching and workshops as well as on-site, non-financial retirement planning programs for companies.
To prepare for this new challenge, I earned numerous certifications, accredited by the International Coaching Federation, including: Certified Life Coach and Certified Career Transitions Coach through Coach Training Alliance; Certified ReCareer Coach through ReCareer, Inc.; and Certified Retirement Coach through Retirement Options, Inc. I also am a Too Young to Retire Certified Facilitator through Too Young to Retire and an Emotional Intelligence Facilitator through Emotional Intelligence Learning Systems. In addition, I hold a bachelor’s degree in industrial and organizational psychology from Moravian College, Bethlehem, Pennsylvania.
